We value your loyalty and want to make your experience even more rewarding. That's why we're thrilled to announce the launch of our exciting new Rewards Program on Dec 1, 2023! By simply engaging with the app and completing specific tasks, you can earn stars that can be redeemed for amazing prizes.

We've put together a comprehensive guide with all the details on how the program works below, and we're here to answer any questions you may have. 

Earning mechanism, task and cooling periods (Season 1):

Prize list for Rewards Program (Season 1):

• Example 1
  - Complete all season one tasks = 11 stars
  - Log in daily for 50 days = 50 stars
  - Total = 61 (can redeem voucher)

• Example 2
  - Log in daily for 90 days = 90 stars
  - Make 140 referrals = 420 stars
  - Total = 510 stars (can redeem voucher or Ledger Nano S)

Here are some of the Campaign Rules and additional details: 

1. For all Stars obtained via Referrals, please note that your Stars will only reflect in your account upon the end of each month or each of our tabulation cycle - it is not live. If you notice new stars are not appearing, please don’t worry!  
   
   

   

   
   

2. To avoid manipulation of the Referral mechanics, only Successful Referrals will result in accumulated stars. What constitutes a Successful Referral: 
   - User must refer friends with a Valid email addresses.
   - Referred friends must log in and achieve a minimum of 2x Active Sessions (logged in and use the app).
   
   

3. All stars will expire December 2024. We’ll send out notifications 2 months before your stars expire, but do make sure to spend your stars before your batch’s expiration dates!
   
   

4. We’ll be adding and changing up the prizes from time to time! If for any reason your prize redeemed is not available at the time of claim, a prize of similar value will be replaced. Do note the prizes are also claimed based on a first-come-first-served basis.
   
   

   

   
   

5. We’ll be adding different tasks and seasonal activities from time to time to give you a boost in star earning in our latest updates, please ensure you’ve allowed us to send you Push Notifications and alerts. When the task is lit up, it means it has been completed.
   
   

   

   
   

6. Each individual is entitled to join the referral program with one account, with your own email address; any instances of manipulation or fraud will result in further investigation from our team. For the full T&C, you can read this link.
